Describe the bug

I get the following errors when loading my portal 2 captures (taken with the latest remix runtime):

[06:26:57.550] err:   [RTX Neural Radiance Cache] Failed to initialize NRC. Reason: Unexpected condition occured during processing, see error log for more information.
[06:26:57.550] err:   [RTX Neural Radiance Cache] Neural Radiance Cache failed to get initialized. Switching to importance sampled indirect illumination mode.
[06:26:57.645] info:  [RTX] Integrate Indirect Mode: Importance Sampled - activated

NRC was enabled when the captures were taken.
I've looked at a few toolkit logs but couldn't find any more details on these errors besides the remix-dxvk log that get's created. It is a local build of the toolkit (latest commit at the time of writing).

How do you reproduce the bug?
