Sarah Karney (Mary Rose Mara) is a solitary, eclectic witch in practice for four years. She works with tarot, shadow work, and astrology to connect with the Divine Feminine. She is an intersectional feminist who loves sharing her experience as a witch, especially with those new to the craft. She leads workshops on magical practices, writes a blog (witch baby witch), and studies many forms of holistic healing. She believes in activism in the community and loves helping others find joy and spirituality.

What is mediumship? Depends on who you ask. Have you ever had an experience you can’t explain? Maybe dreamed of events before they happened or swore you received information from someone or something that wasn’t there? Have you ever felt presences around you or gotten internal messages that didn’t originate from you? If you are interested in exploring or working with the spirits of your ancestors, guardian spirits, or other entities, this is a safe space to help you learn and connect to those energies/spirits. We are a community group open for all levels of mediumship. There is no set curriculum, this space is for learning, group practice, energy work, sharing different types of mediumship and experience, and meditation. Come and See. This class is $20.

Last time we got together to learn about and practice some methods of divination in-person, we ran out of time. So let's pick up where we left off and explore palmistry, oracle and tarot decks, scrying, and more! As this day is also the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, we may also check to make sure that Voldemort's return isn't foretold in the cards. Bring your favorite method to show off if you have one. Note: this is a joint meetup of DADA and Sacred Wheel, the pagan group at the church where we'll be meeting.
