Join us for Puzzled Pint in Washington DC, Arlington, or Fairfax County! http://www.puzzledpint.com/ Puzzled Pint is a casual, social puzzle solving event which happens at bars/pubs on the second Tuesday of every month in multiple cities around the world. The Friday before each event, they post a location puzzle to the web site. The solution to that puzzle will lead you to a local pub/bar/restaurant. There are two locations in Northern Virginia, one in Arlington (sometimes in DC proper) and one in the Fairfax area. Hints will be available on the site for the location puzzle. On the night of the event, show up at the specified pub. We'll have more puzzles for you to solve while you enjoy drinks and food. Most teams take between 30 minutes and 2 hours to solve a typical puzzle set. We, "Game Control", will be on hand to give hints and verify answers. All Puzzled Pint events are free to attend. So, how about we give ourselves one night off to just enjoy each other's company, make some new friends, and help those in need? **The format of this party is simple:** **\- Everyone will get a name badge\, and is encouraged to write their name and favorite place in the world as an icebreaker\. Bali\. Greece\. Patagonia\. Cleveland\. You name it\.** ***(If it's actually Cleveland, first round's on us. Least we can do.)*** **\- We'll have a list of banned political words and topics \(all related to the comings and goings of 2026\)\, and if anyone breaks the rules by mentioning them\, one of the organizers rings the ridiculously loud cowbell and it's an invitation for everyone to give an extra donation to the Capital Area Food bank\. We'll have a large QR code on standby to make it easy and maybe even an old school cash bucket too\.** It'll be irreverent, fun and all for a good cause. Door prizes too. Because why not? After hosting successful events, I always think that we could have done better and relate it to our day to day life and make it educational. In this connection, I wanted to show off my investment and trade hat and organize series of Happy Hours around Investment & Trade. We will have speakers from different sectors and industries, at each Happy Hour.
